Most school groups prefer to have lessons in the mornings so there is plenty of time to explore your local area and practise your English conversations with the locals in the afternoons.

UK Educational Holidays Ltd, formerly known as Educational Holidays, was expertly managed by Philip and Rosalyn Philips for over 25 wonderful years. During COVID, Laura Bettinson-Eatch and Dawn de Wit had the opportunity to take over as Philip and Rosalyn decided to enjoy a well-deserved retirement.
Both Laura and Dawn have been part of the industry since 1997, beginning as host families and later becoming local organizers (Laura with Anglophile and Dawn with Nottingham Student Hosting).
In 2017, Dawn and Laura met and started collaborating to support host families. Naturally, this led to Laura becoming a 50/50 partner with Dawn in Nottingham Student Hosting, and the rest is history!
We’re excited for many more years of running UK Educational Holidays, now with the invaluable help of Rachael, who joined us almost a year ago. She’s a crucial part of our team, and we couldn’t run the business as smoothly without her!
“Working with the UK holidays team is a real pleasure, as they are not only extremely kind and dedicated, but also extremely professional!”
“The various local managers we were put in touch with through UK holidays were very professional. The selection of centres offered by UK Holidays is extremely reliable. We look forward to working with their great team for many years to come!”
